Importance of breath work while training

 

Have you ever really thought about your breathing technique while running or training?

Well, this week I get down to real basics in my tips for the 2018 Cork City Marathon and look at proper breathing techniques.

It’s important not to overlook this in your training and learning to control your breathing technique can help you relax and even make running more enjoyable!
