Lead Up to the Cork City Marathon

 

I’m delighted to announce that for the next 6 weeks I will be writing a weekly column for
the Irish Examiner giving tips to readers on how to properly prepare for the Cork City
Marathon on Sunday, June 3rd.

Whether it’s your first relay race or one of many, these articles will guide you in an easy
to follow format and will be published every Friday in the Feel Good section but I’ll also
post them here!

My first piece advises relay participants on how to warm up properly, which stretches
to incorporate, which clothes to wear (vital) and the importance of staying hydrated!
