Group packages are a great way to workout with friends, family, work colleagues or even a bridal party!

Everyone receives professional, personalised attention, in a fun, motivating atmosphere while working to reach a common fitness goal!

Group personal training packages can be as little as 2 people in size but I can accomodate much more.

Training in a group can be very enjoyable and as well as that I’ve always found people tend to push themselves that bit extra when they have a training partner.

We have such great fun but are always pushing eachother to get the most out of our workouts.
