Get ready to take your training to the next level! The Drive 4 Five Challenge is a 4-week HIIT & strength-based challenge designed to help you lean out, sculpt up, and boost your energy in just 30 minutes a day.
Five workouts a week, for four weeks straight — no excuses, no wasted time, just results.

Challenge Details

Start Date: Wednesday, October 29th
Final Check-in: Wednesday, November 26th
Commitment: 30-minute workouts, 5 days a week (you choose your rest days)
Equipment: Light to moderate dumbbells (5–6 kg recommended)
Location: Anywhere – all you need is your phone, your weights and a bottle of water

This challenge is flexible and built for real life — fit your sessions in whenever it suits you during the day!

How It Works

  • You’ll receive your first 5 workouts on Monday evening, October 27th
  • The challenge officially begins Wednesday, October 29th
  • Every Tuesday from then on, you’ll get your next batch of workouts for the following week
  • Each workout is clearly numbered (Drive 1, Drive 2, Drive 3, etc.) so you’ll know exactly where to start
  • Complete all 5 sessions within the week — your two rest days are up to you
  • Stretching and foam-rolling exercises are included for recovery

What You’ll Need

  • Light to moderate dumbbells (5–6 kg recommended)
  • 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week
  • Water and your phone for tracking
  • A positive mindset and a bit of ‘Drive!’
