Lean 4 Lent 2026 – 7th Year Running!

The Lean 4 Lent Challenge is back, and this year marks its 7th anniversary!

This 40-day HIIT challenge is designed to help you build strength, lose inches, boost energy, and improve mindset—all in just 15 minutes a day. Instead of giving something up for Lent, this challenge encourages you to take something on and create a new positive habit!

Challenge Details:

  • Start Date: Wednesday, February 18th
  • Last Day: Sunday, March 29th
  • Commitment: 15-minute HIIT workout per day for 40 days straight (no rest days!)
  • No equipment needed – Just your body weight, your phone and a bottle of water
  • This is a set challange for everyone – The same workout each day for all participants. You can do these 15 minutes at any time during your day that suits you.

How It Works:

  • Receive workouts every Tuesday – A full week of workouts delivered in advance
  • Track progress – Take initial measurements & photos before starting (must be done!)
  • Strict sign-up deadline: Sunday, February 15pm @ 8 PM Irish Time / 3 PM Eastern Time
  • Screening forms must be submitted before starting or you will not be able to take part.
